Delivery
All orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 business days . Shipments are carefully packaged in sleeves and toploaders , and a tracking number is provided to you upon shipment so you can track your package.

Authenticity and condition of the cards
We guarantee the authenticity of all cards sold. Before shipping, each card is inspected to verify its condition: authenticity, cleanliness, and conformity to the description. If, despite our checks, you find a problem related to the authenticity or condition of the card upon receipt, we undertake to replace the card or give you a full refund .

Returns and refunds
If you encounter any problem with an order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return request, contact our customer service department, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. Upon receipt and verification of the product, we will process a refund or exchange according to your preference. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
